Cisneros Olives was founded by Ed & Lois Cisneros. The label is a picture of Ed’s father taken in 1940. Our label was created in honor of Ed’s father (Grandpa Joe Cisneros who passed away in 1993). He dearly loved the farming life, as well as raising cattle & horses. He was an avid lover of the olive industry and home cured olives. Mom, (Grandma Katie at age 93) still carries on the family tradition of curing olives.(Below: Anthony Cisneros)

About our Olives
The olives used in our processing are grown by local farmers in the Central San Joaquin Valley, nestled in the foothills of Tulare County, California. The varieties we feature are Sevillano olives and also the finest Greek olives imported from Greece. The most exquisite Calamata olives imprted from Italy, Arbequina and Manzanilla olives are used for olive oil.
